Privacy policy

Last updated 24 July 2026
Booking a flight requires genuinely sensitive information — a passport number, a date of birth, a payment. This page states exactly what we hold, what we do with it, and what we never do.
Draft — pending legal review
This policy describes what the product actually does and is accurate to the build, but it has not been reviewed by counsel. It must be replaced with approved wording before launch.

What we collect

Only what a booking actually needs, plus what you choose to save to make the next one faster.
  • Account: your name, email, mobile number and how you signed in.
  • Travellers: names, dates of birth, gender, nationality, and passport details where you've saved them.
  • Bookings: itineraries, ticket numbers, seats, add-ons and payment records.
  • Support: the content of requests you raise and our replies.
  • Technical: device and browser information needed to keep the service secure.

What we never hold

We do not store your card number. Payments run through a payment gateway's own hosted checkout, so card details go from you to them without passing through us. We receive a token and a result, never a card.

Who we share it with

Traveller details go to the airline you're flying with — that's how a ticket gets issued — via the airline content provider that powers our search and booking. We also use a payment gateway, an SMS provider for one-time codes, a push-notification provider, a flight-status provider, and cloud hosting and storage. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.

How it's protected

Passport numbers and other travel documents are encrypted at rest. Everything travels over TLS. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it to run the service, and every access is logged.Passport numbers are never shown back to you in full — only the last three digits, enough to recognise which document is which.

How long we keep it

Booking and ticket records are kept for as long as tax and aviation record-keeping requires. Saved traveller profiles are kept until you delete them. Support threads are kept for two years. Deleting your account removes your profile and saved travellers; completed booking records are retained where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can edit or delete saved travellers and documents from your account at any time, and change which notifications you receive. Disruption alerts stay on: they're how we tell you about a cancellation, and turning them off would silently break the guarantee.
